Mr. Pradip Kumar Das is M.B.A (Finance) and has done Bachelor of Agricultural Science (OUAT) with over 38 years immersed experience in Banking & Finance, he carries a wealth of experience and has a profound understanding of the BFSI landscape. Mr. Pradeep Kumar extends his experience as a Chairman, Strategic Advisor to the boards/ Corporates, Fintechs, NBFCs, IT companies and PEs/VC firms, catalysing their growth, optimizing capital structures and guiding impactful decisions.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar has a specialization in Loan Syndication, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, NPA Resolutions and Risk management spearheading diverse transactions across the capital spectrum with his passion for tech-driven solutions, he strives to focus on lowering the financing costs and enhancing credit accessibility for MSMEs.

With the extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Das is also an advisor to the Board of various companies like Power Vision; CFML (a leading Investment Banking Firm in Mumbai) (From October, 2022 till December 2023); Strategic Advisor at Apmosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (From April 2023 to August 2024). He is also holding the office as an Independent Director in various companies like Star Housing Finance Limited (Since October, 2022); Ambium Finserv Pvt. Ltd. (Since June 2023); Time Technoplast Limited (Since May 2024). He has also held the Chairmanship of an Independent Advisory Committee of CFM ARC, Mumbai (From December, 2022 to February, 2024). He was also a Chairman and presently acting a pivotal role like Chairman at Apmosys Technologies Pyt td ‘Mumbai (since September 2024) "Non-Executive Chairman, GEE LTD. (Since May 2024); Chief General Manager & Zonal Head IDBI Bank (from28th April 2014 to 30" September, 2018); General Manager, IDBI Bank (Nov, 2007 till April 2014); Vice President, IDBI Bank (October 2004 till Nov 2007); AVP/ Cluster Head / AGM IDBI Bank / Regional Head (January 2001 till October 2004). In addition to these, Mr. Pradeep Kumar is also a Member, Board of Studies, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. (Since September 2022) and previously he had also joined Central Bank of India (July 1986 to January 2001) (Directly Recruited Officer) and worked in various capacities like Finance Officer , Branch Manager and Deputy Manager of Industrial Estate Branch.
