Mr. Umang Mehta is a BLS, LL.B. and has done LL.M. (Brunel University, London).

Mr. Umang Mehta brings over a decade of experience in Commercial Litigation, representing clients before High Courts, City Civil (District) Courts, Consumer Forums, RERA, Arbitrations, and other judicial forums. He also specializes in white-collar criminal litigation matters.

In addition to this, he has extensive expertise in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws (IBC), providing legal counsel to Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, and Resolution Applicants. He regularly represents clients before National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs) across India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

Furthermore, he advises Societies and Developers on Redevelopment Projects, ensuring smooth legal compliance and execution.
