Mrs. Sheela Jain has done M.A. from MDS University, Ajmer. Ms. Sheela Jain is a driven professional with rich expertise in Textile Sector, HR & Administration including training within the organisation. Over the years. she has vital role of in-House training and development at various program at textile industries and composite units like M/s. Modern Threads (India) Limited, M/s. Birla Cotsyn (India) Limited, M/s. Rohstoffe International Private Ltd., etc. and conducted various training and HR development activities. She is also having thorough knowledge in Business promotion activities through various programmes & projects. During her professional journey, she has organized various conferences, seminar, exhibitions & trade promotion activities. Ms. Sheela Jain is contributing her expertise in Rohstoffe International Private Limited as a Director and looking after Export and other HR activities, including shop floor training to work force and skill development.

She has a demonstrated capability of training in Industrial Sector, Social Sector and instrumental in setting up social development organization of a large business group and she is active in Social Activities like empowerment of poor villagers, uplifting of poor women, Skill Development, Education, Healthcare, Rural Development etc.
